Who we are

Welcome to our Pilates studio in Flinders, on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula. We strive to be true to the teachings of Joseph Pilates.

He believed that the human body’s full potential was achieved through the maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind.

Our instructors are caring, passionate and friendly. They put you at the centre of your program, and work with you to achieve your goals, address any injuries safely, and help you build a balanced body, mind and spirit.

Change happens through movement, and movement heals.

Aisling Harris

Principal - Level 4 PAA Instructor
Diploma of Pilates Movement Therapy
BASI Comprehensively Trained & BASI Legacy Mentor
BASI Certificate in Pilates for Injuries + Pathologies
Yoga Alliance & Yoga Sports Science 200 hr Accreditations

Aisling grew up on the East coast of Ireland and studied a Bachelor Degree in Sports & Recreation Management at Glasgow University, Scotland. A lifelong athlete, she represented Ireland at national-level netball and state-level hockey, with extensive experience in group fitness instruction across multiple disciplines.

After an accident that injured her hip, Aisling discovered Pilates as a path to rehabilitation. Experiencing the benefits firsthand, Pilates became her passion, leading her to complete diploma-level certification in the BASI Pilates method. She played with the Melbourne Uni Masters hockey team for several years before moving to the Mornington Peninsula, where she now plays in Rye's first-ever women's cricket team.

Aisling's clients describe her as warm, funny, and serious about Pilates. She ensures you're doing the right thing while keeping sessions enjoyable—but be prepared to feel the burn and leave with a real sense of accomplishment. Outside the studio, Aisling enjoys her personal Pilates practice, yoga, SUP, and walking her dog around the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.

Catalina Alvila-Lemos

Certified through the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute

Catalina's Pilates journey began as a student at her local studio, practicing for three years before deciding to deepen her knowledge through certification with Unite Health. During her school years, she taught Zumba at local gyms while completing a Certificate III in Fitness, gaining valuable experience in both group fitness and gym instruction.

After studying 1.5 years of Exercise Science, Catalina completed a Bachelor and Masters in Osteopathy and now practices as an osteopath locally in Flinders. With her allied health background, she focuses on helping clients move in ways that feel good for their bodies, skillfully adapting exercises to support beginners while offering advanced repertoire for experienced practitioners.

Her favorite exercise is the scooter, as it beautifully integrates core Pilates principles and can be modified for participants at any level. However, the Pilates hundreds remains her least favorite—admitting it always burns and never gets easier! Originally from Colombia and a lover of travel, Catalina enjoys planning adventures, walking her two dogs Ari and Jessie, relaxing at local cafes, and exploring trails on her recent running journey.

Cindy Tagliabue

Diploma of Professional Pilates Method

Cindy brings a wealth of experience as both teacher and athlete, with a passion for teaching Pilates foundations. She guides clients to build from the ground up, helping them discover more about their bodies with each session. Known for her thoughtful, problem-solving approach, Cindy loves finding the perfect exercise or sequence for each individual and encourages clients to challenge themselves when ready.

Her clients describe her as supportive, curious, and motivating. She creates sessions where learning flows both ways, valuing the opportunity to adapt, explore, and grow alongside those she teaches. While her least favorite exercise is Stomach Massage on the Reformer, she finds joy in Side Overs on the Barrel for their challenging focus on strength and control.

Outside the studio, Cindy is an avid basketball player and captain of the Southern Peninsula Sharks Women's team. Having grown up playing junior basketball with the Sharks, she recently returned to representative level competition after the birth of her first child, Marina. Her love of sport, family, and movement deeply influences her Pilates teaching, blending discipline with playfulness and resilience.
